| Remove existing paint on wheels |
| Your alloy wheels will get stripped in a stripping tank which uses a liquid to melt and remove any old paint and primer that is still on your wheels. |

| Steam cleaning of wheels |
| Once the outer layer of the paint has started to melt off after the stripping and it gets steamed in a wheel wash tank to completely remove the existing paint. |

| Sand blasting of wheels |
| The wheel is left to try naturally and it is then sand blasted to remove any corrosion and rust on the wheels to make a smooth surface in preparation for painting. |

| Application of primer |
| A layer of powder primer is sprayed onto the wheel and it sticks to it. It then gets put into an oven the heat up the powder and melt it onto the wheel. |

| Application of powder paint |
| After the primer has been applied, the desired colour paint is then applied to the wheel and melted on. It can also have a lacquer applied onto this. |
